Aside from being just slightly obsessed with conversations and optimising interactions, I'm deeply committed to ensuring services and products genuinely empower people in their daily lives. Whether it's a thoughtfully designed digital experience or an intimate in-person gathering, what matters most is creating touchpoints that help people connect—with themselves, with others, and with the resources they need to thrive.

Not everything requires a digital solution, and not every challenge is best solved through conversation alone. My approach embraces this nuance, finding the right balance of human connection and practical functionality across both physical and digital environments. Sometimes an app provides the accessibility and privacy people need; other times, nothing replaces the power of being physically present with others.

The Wonder Exchange exists in this intersection—amplifying meaningful human connection through mindfully crafted experiences, regardless of format. What remains constant is my commitment to creating spaces, services, and products that invite people to move beyond surface interactions toward something more authentic and empowering.

Hello there and welcome! I'm Simone, founder of The Wonder Exchange. I'm excited to share this space and a little about my journey here with you. I've been fortunate during the last 15 years to have created and facilitated a range of life changing experiences for people across Australia, France, and Sweden.

Some career highlights include:

• Creating cosy experiences for mammas to support authentic conversations and connections

• Amplifying community awareness and engagement in recycling

• Workshopping diverse teams to greater understanding and connection

• Facilitating conversations and connection on the streets of Stockholm

My passion for creating meaningful connections is supported by a rich blend of expertise in service design, UX, and product management, alongside ICF-approved life coaching and ongoing matrescence studies.

What enables me to craft truly enriching experiences is this dance between practical knowledge and heart-centered approaches—from design sprints to learning experience design, each skill adds another dimension to the spaces I create for individuals, organisations and communities.
