How WE came to be

When I moved to Sweden from Australia, I noticed something interesting – whilst meaningful conversations certainly existed, they weren't the norm in many settings.

In the workplace, many kept conversations safely within professional boundaries. As a mum meeting other parents, conversations typically hovered around set topics that never dared to delve too deep.

This sparked my curiosity: why do soo many of us find it challenging to move beyond surface-level interactions? What allows some people to open up while others hold back? And most importantly – how might we create spaces where everyone feels safe to share more authentically?
